The meeting will take place immediately following the vote of the City Council on Ordinance 2010-616 or 6:00 p.m., whichever occurs later (if vote is taken 5:30, the meeting will start at 6:00. If discussion runs later, the Ethics Commission will meet immediately following the vote). The City Council meeting convenes at 5:00 p.m.
